Saskia is a London-based food stylist, recipe developer and creative collaborator with a real eye for detail. A classically trained chef, she also provides valuable input on set with a varied background in the food industry. She was Brand + Marketing Manager for LEON Restaurants, a Campaign Manager for Octopus Publishing Group, author of the best-selling Broke Vegan cookbooks and is still co-director of boutique food branding studio The Sideys. This brings a uniquely rounded approach to her work. Saskia is a dreamboat on set with her passion for food and natural ability to problem-solve running as a thread through everything she does, both on stills and moving image.
